The two hires will provide the company with deeper expertise in innovation, customer service and growth.
Ross, formerly a senior advisor in the travel practice at McKinsey & Company, will now lead and drive overall growth for Hotel Effectiveness. As an established sales and marketing leader, he brings extensive experience and success developing and executing rapid growth strategies. Prior to McKinsey, Ross worked with leading SaaS companies to expand to over 30,000 hotels worldwide. He also spent many years as head of commercial sales and marketing for IHG Americas and was responsible for $12 billion in annual hotel revenues. In addition to industry leadership, Ross is an accomplished inventor, with multiple patents in the field of marketing technology.
